Returns

Redemption HTX has a 60 day return period from the day that your order is delivered. To make a return please make sure that your order is eligible following the guidelines and contact Redemptionhtx@gmail.com with "Return Order #(Your order number here)" in the subject line. Eligibility for returns is provided below. 

Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if

-You have received a product that is incorrect from what you have ordered (either in terms of size, color, design, etc.)

-You aren't 100% satisfied with the product.

-You would like to make an exchange for an existing product that is currently in stock of equal or lesser value (If a lesser value item is chosen you will be reimbursed the difference for the item).

-Your product arrived later than expected. 

-Something doesn't fit. 

Before making a return, please make sure that your clothing is also not: damaged, noticeably worn, altered in any way, and does not have a strong odor either from natural causes or laundry detergents. 

If you don't see an example of what you're experiencing please email Redemptionhtx@gmail.com with a description of why you'd like to make a return.

Please ask for either a refund or an exchange when emailing about your return.

Refunds

After receiving a return our processing time will take up to 24 hours to complete and you will be refunded to the original payment method that was used to place the order. 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us at Redemptionhtx@gmail.com with a description of the situation and a photo of the damaged product and we'll happily offer a replacement piece if another is in inventory or a refund.
